BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICIES

INQUIRIES

All clients must complete the inquiry form on our website before services can be confirmed. Our team will respond within 48 business hours.

FLORAL DELIVERIES & PICKUPS

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• All floral orders must be paid in full no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

• Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled.

• Floral purchases are non-refundable.

CULINARY SERVICES

Delivery & Pickup Orders

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Private Dining Experiences

• Private chef experiences are available upon request and subject to chef availability.

• A signed agreement and deposit may be required depending on the scope of service.

CATERING & EVENT DESIGN SERVICES

• A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure your event date.

• The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event.

• Events with outstanding balances after the final payment deadline may be canceled.

INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES

• Interior design projects are customized to each client’s scope, budget, and design objectives.

• A signed design agreement and initial retainer are required before work begins.

• Remaining payments will be outlined within each client’s individual contract and project schedule.

GENERAL TERMS

• Services are confirmed only after all required contracts have been signed, and applicable payments have been received.

• Failure to fulfill payment obligations may result in cancellation of services.

• Sierra Luxe reserves the right to decline future bookings for clients with unresolved balances, contract violations, or repeated payment issues.
